WHEN: ONE ARCHITECTURE WEEK 2015
The “Polska Architecture” exhibition presents 20 newly put up or renovated buildings, shot by Polish architectural photographers. Designed by local and foreign architects, these buildings have become symbols of modernity not only locally, but also internationally. In 2015, for example, the Szczecin Philharmonic Hall won the most prestigious European Award for Architecture – Mies van der Rohe. World famous architects such as Zumthor and MVRDV are designing buildings in Poland. The “Polska. The exhibition project has been developed by the famous graphic designer Edgar Bonk and his team. The photos are accompanied by a short text, written exclusively by the Polish contemporary writer Sylwia Chutnik.
